Help Ms. Gay Goodman Continue Her Impact.

Hello friends, we are setting this up for a very special woman that means the world to us. Ms Gay Goodman AKA MawMaw, is one of the sweetest, giving, most genuine, straight shooting, God loving, family loving women that I have ever met.

Over the summer, she went to get her stomach checked on for some issues she was having and they found a pretty large hernia and something else that concerned them. She found out later that it was cancer on her left lung. The surgeries took place in late October to repair the hernia and remove the cancer on her lung. The initial surgery really took a toll on her body, but she made it through. After that, she ended up having multiple surgeries to repair other issues and others to get her on the road to healing.

It was road block after road block during those 42 days she spent in the hospital, but on Thanksgiving Eve, she was brought back home to her daughters and her 3 dogs and 2 cats that missed her so much. It is the best Thanksgiving I can recall to date, God answered all of our prayers.

Now the long road to recovery starts and we are all ready to fight to get her back to all of those people that love her. With all of the upcoming medical bills from the long hospital stay and her inability to go back to work for the foreseeable future, the family is really going to need help.
