Jay Derobertis has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Due to the disease he will not be able to continue in his profession as a Police Officer. Jay is married with two young children that he provided for. Due to his forced retirement his ability to earn an income to sustain the family is in doubt. Jay will need both treatment for his disease as well as modifications to the family home in order to better manage day to day life with MS.
