In This Tragic Time
Donation protected
My mom, Mary Waters was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend - but above all in this life she left behind...she was our Mom, grandmother and wife to my amazing dad.
Those of us closest to her, knew she had been struggling with depression - but never imagined the secret battle and thoughts she was fighting inside her mind. We are heartbroken and devastated that our mom was fighting a mental illness that she didn't think she could get through.
There are so many unanswered questions, scenarios, thoughts, what if's, could have's, should have's. The truth is - we will never have the answers we seek.
All we can do now, is go forward - be strong, and provide the stability, love and care for each other that we all need to get us through this time.
Many have asked what they can do, how they can help - and so we put this together for that reason.
By making a monetary donation you are helping us to keep up with the impending bills that we now need time to figure out adjustments for. You’re helping to pay for the funeral arrangements and burial costs that we acquired in anticipation of insurance money that has not come through, but most importantly you are helping to provide My dad with a little peace of mind as he still mourns the loss of the love of his life.
Please continue to pray for us and our family, and for all of those families around the world who struggle with the tragic effects that mental illness and suicide has on a family.
We appreciate all the love and support we have received, and feel so blessed to be surrounded by wonderful family and friends.
All our thanks,
