Jack Nathaniel Wright passed away on January 27, 2025, at the age of 42. Because he suffered from a rare form of muscular dystrophy called Emery-Dreifuss Muscular Dystrophy, he wasn't expected to live past the age of 17. But those of us who knew him know that he was stubborn and strong and never once gave up easy.
In his work life, Jack was an exceptional employee, frequently receiving compliments and accolades from the customers to whom he provided support. He was beloved by his coworkers and his clients.
Jack loved his family and credited them with his discipline and hardworking nature. He was an Eagle Scout and loved hiking and the outdoors. He was a graduate of Portland High School in Portland, TN and Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was selected for a prestigious study abroad program and got to travel to Russia and Prague.
Jack had not gotten around to drafting a will, so while the details of his estate work through the probate process, his family is bearing the immediate expenses associated with his passing, which can be considerable. If you would like to assist, please consider donating here and all funds raised will be provided to the family.
