In Need Of Help....

Well I dont know where to begin... This is my last resort as there is NO HELP for people with Cancer.. This is all happening so fast definitely didnt have any time for planning. I was diagnosed with small bowel cancer in Jan of this year. I am having my surgery Feb 27. I am having what is called a whipple procedure.. This is a very invasive surgery. They will remove less than half of my stomach and the tip of my pancreas and also the tubes coming from my liver and my small bowel. They will then replace it with my intestine.. I will have a feeding tube and drain tubes. I will b in ICU for 2-3 days and then regular hospital for 10 days.. Surgery can last up 8 hrs or more..My current weight is 180 and surgeon said I will come out weighing about 95 lbs. (This is definitely not how I wanted to lose some weight).. I will b out of work anywhere from 4-6 months... if all goes well. I do not know if I have to do Chemo or anything yet so if I do I will b out longer.. I have been searching everywhere and there is just no help for cancer patients.. I will b in dire need of help for my rent and bills.. I will not have any income coming in at all.. So if u can help me in anyway I would really appreciate it.. Yinz all know me and yinz all know I dont ask for anything unless I need it.. Thank you very much.. God Bless.. Amy....
