Rockys vet bill

Hi my dogs name is Rocky he has had what I thought was a skin tag hanging off his leg but since the easter holiday it's blown up in size and has gotten infected, ive called every vet and couldn't find any that were affordable, this dog means the world to me,

Ive had rocky for 13 years now

Anything will help as this is my last option.
