Our Angel: Maria Pacheco Hernandez

Hello family and friends,

As you all know Maria Pacheco Hernandez (Lila), known to many as mom and dear friend, has been batteling diabetes for many years. Our fighting warrior has been suffering the last few months. The family no longer wants to see her suffer, and all artificial breathing will be ceased tomorrow, August 9th, 2015.

The unfortunate events taking place are very unexpected to us. Everything happened very suddenly. However, for everyone who knows Maria; knows she has helped everybody she knows in one way; or the other. Rather it was giving you a place to stay, feeding you an amazing home cooked meal, or just lending an ear to listen and some good advise. She has 6 children, and many, many adoptive "children". She has fought endlessly for everyone she loves, and now its our time to fight for her. She has been a warrior for a long time, and now it is called upon us to join together and fight for her to have the Memorial Service she deserves.

I know many people have fallen on hard times, but any donation would be greatly appriciated-----because at the end of the day, if Maria had $100 or $0.01, she would still figure out a way to help any one in need; even if that meant she came out short.

Maria will be taking a piece of everyone she loves with her, but at this time we all need to rejoice and thank our heavenly father for the time we did have with her.
