Support Craig's Healing Journey and Recovery

Donation protected
Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for support during this incredibly difficult time. My father, Craig Roy has been struggling with addiction and mental health challenges for the past few years, but nothing could have prepared us for what’s happening now.

Last week, after feeling unwell, my dad was rushed to the hospital. Doctors discovered that his pancreas was bleeding and his kidneys were failing. They had to perform emergency surgery, removing part of his intestines due to severe infection (sepsis). His body is too swollen to be fully closed up, so for now, he remains in an induced coma, with machines doing all the work to keep him alive.

The doctors are hopeful that once they are able to close him up, his body will start to heal. But the road ahead is long and uncertain. If he survives, he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, and the medical bills are already piling up. If he doesn’t make it, we will need to cover funeral costs.

My dad has always been an amazing harmonica player and a person loved by so many. He has a long way to go, but we believe that with the right care and the love and support of his friends and community, he can make it through this.

We’re asking for donations to help cover his hospital bills and future medical expenses. Every little bit helps, and even if you’re not able to contribute, we would be so grateful if you could share this page with others.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and for any support you can offer. My dad means the world to me, and I know that together, we can help him through this.

With gratitude,
Brogan Roy
