Our girl needs your help
Our beautiful gentle pig, Harriet will be making her way on a long road trip to get care for a mystery illness.
We have spent many days and hours with vets and specialists trying to get to the bottom of what is happening to our girl.
Sadly it's next to impossible to find a specialist for pigs in Qld. Harriet has had several ultrasounds, blood tests, medical examinations and medicine to treat a limp she is experiencing on her back leg.
Tomorrow we will be working with multiple vets to sedate and transport her to a specialist University veterinary hospital where she can have extensive testing done.
It will be a very stressful day for Harriet and the team, and potentially a very expensive process to find answers.
