Hi, my name is Cory Warther and I’m fundraising for my friends Dick and Joyce Houston, who are among the many victims who’s lives have been forever changed due to Hurricane Ian. Many of you may remember “Dickey”who worked at KCCC quite awhile and Joyce who taught taught Tai Chi. Let me share their story.

After vacationing in Sanibel Island for many years, Dick and Joyce decided to sell their home in Lewes, Delaware and buy a mobile home in their beloved Sanibel. They completely remodeled their half century old mobile home and settled in for the best years of their lives…until it wasn’t. Ian barreled into Sanibel with a vengeance and totaled Dick and Joyce’s home (unable to be insured due to its age) along with their dreams. They are left with nothing but their loving spirit for one another. Let’s help Dick and Joyce rebuild their lives. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
