Dearest Family and Friends,

Kim Roberts Slagle is a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Aunt and Friend. She has worked tirelessly as a nurse for 12 years, where has touched so many lives in her selflessness towards others. Recently, Kim has been diagnosed with a very aggressive and fast-growing form of breast cancer (HER2-Positive, Stage 3). She has started the Chemo treatments that will be required over the next couple years along with at least 2 scheduled surgeries.

She will have many expenses for these upcoming treatments. Kim has had to leave work due to the intensity of her job as a nurse and the risk it poses having a chemo-induced weakened immune system. As you can imagine, the weight of this on Kim’s heart is heavy. But in the face of adversity, Kim has already shown incredible strength and resilience.

Our hope is that we will be able to help Kim with the cost of medical bills, meals, the cost of living, and any other unforeseen expenses as she navigates this emotional and difficult time. If you are able, any donation (big or small) is so appreciated.
