Hello Everyone.

Please help us raise money for our beloved friend/ bandmate/ family member Tre Drakeson.

Last Thursday, Tres beautiful mother Lei, a struggling single mother, unexpectedly and tragically passed away leaving Tre devastated and his 10 year old little brother Jerry an orphan.

Tre was told that Jerry either came to live with us as he has no other family, or he would be put into the foster care system.

Without hesitation it was decided that Jerry would come and live with us, and Tre and his dedicated and amazing partner Alex will become his legal guardians.

I can’t tell you how traumatising the last week has been for these two boys, losing their mother so suddenly and making the life changing decisions that have had to be made during the last 7 days.

For Tre and Alex to take on all the responsibility of raising a 10 year old child overnight is a huge feat and we admire them greatly but the cost involved, from funeral expenses to Jerry’s future education, clothing, food, housing etc will be huge, especially for 2 young people who work nights in hospitality and don’t have a car.

Tre has been a part of the Brisbane music scene since he was 15 and started ‘Concrete Lips’ with my son, Seven, and over the past 13 years has played in at least 5 or 6 bands, is currently the bass player for Dazey and drumming for Aether. I d like to see our amazing Brisbane music community really surround Tre with love and support and dig deep for this sweet kid.

So we ask, for Tre and Jerry, a little boy who has tragically lost his mother and had his entire life turned upside down just 3 weeks before Christmas, please donate what u can to help these wonderful yet shell shocked brothers make a good start of it, and help a 10 year old kid have an amazing Christmas and the best possible beginning of his new life
