As some may have learned through the blazing sirens or the news- a destructive fire tore through three rowhomes on 24th St NE early Monday morning, February 4th. This travesty hits particularly close to our team here at Fulcrum Properties Group as our Field Coordinator and trusted Handyman- Tony, lives in one of the homes destroyed. 

Tony is a loving father, son, friend and longtime resident of Kingman Park. We are heartbroken to report that the upper level of Tony’s home that he shares with his mother, Aunt and niece was completely damaged in the fire. While the blaze started next door, Tony’s home and belongings were subject to severe fire damage and they are left with a home they cannot return to for months. The Red Cross is helping as a stop gap, but the devastation is great and repairs and replacements are needed immediately.

We know Tony as a loyal friend and colleague who is always looking to help others- whether it be a helping hand, a kitchen appliance repair, or simply a smile- and now we have the opportunity to return the favor.
