Help Get Samuel to Philly Brick Fest 2019

The first time we met Samuel was at Philly Brick Fest we were immediately drawn in by his strong will and passion for Lego. He has an infectious smile that makes everyone around him smile. Being so passionate about Lego and having a rare condition that affects your hands and arms possess a great challenge for such an amazing builder. Samuel has had health issues since 11/2014. He is currently diagnosed with cidp (chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy), bartonella, pots (autonomic dysfunction), babesia, encephalitis, narcolepsy and neutropenia. He has had problems with his kidneys, gallbladder, GI systems, high pulse, balance, memory problems, muscle spasms, other neurological issues and has hand along with leg tremors. He has an autoimmune component that they haven’t figured out yet. He has other issues as well, but these are the main things that he is dealing with. He has a port for weekly immunoglobulin infusions. He has also been hospitalized many times since he has first been diagnosed. Members of the Lego Community have come together in an attempt to raise money for Samuel and his mother to be able to attend Philly Brick Fest 2019 April 25th-28th. We also have an Instagram Account HandBAuctions that we will be running special Lego Auctions with all proceeds going directly to this campaign. Any donations would be greatly appreciated by us the Lego Community as well as Samuel’s family. If for some medical reason Samuel cannot make it to Philly Brick Fest all money raised will be donated to cover some of his ever rising medical expenses. Thanks again for all your help.
