Jacob’s Journey…

Hi friends and family, let me tell you a little about Jacob. This little man is 11 years old and has 2 older brothers. He has an amazing mom and dad who love and support him in many ways. His family didn’t give up on him even after finding out he had an extra chromosome. With the grace of God and his loved ones he has remained courageous, strong, funny, loving, and active. He never gives up!

On Saturday May 7th Jacob became ill. We would later receive the horrible news that he was diagnosed with Leukemia. In these difficult times Jacob has been a strong fighting warrior. He will be facing a long journey ahead. In this moment we are asking for donations in order to help Jacob and his family conquer another battle. The donations will help with the medical expenses, any amount is appreciated.
