Bear is a very sad and broken 10 year old dog. He has been locked up in a dark cell in Bragadiru public shelter in Romania for 4 years, and for all this time he hasn't been outside or seen daylight.

We want to help him to leave this prison and go to a home. He has got a foster offer in the UK if all costs are covered. The preparation for travel is free, but we will take him to a clinic for health check and dental care, as most older shelter dogs have dental problems. The transport to the UK is 250 pounds.

Bear deserves to live his final years in safe and good surroundings, in a home where he is taken care of and gets to experience that life can be good. He has suffered so much all these years, locked up between dark concrete walls, with the sounds of hundreds of barking and whining dogs around him. We hope to be able to help him to the happy life he deserves.
