Support Oliver's Road to Recovery

My name is Debbie Lord and I'm a lifetime animal lover in St. Pete, FL. Today, while walking my dogs in Sawgrass Lake Park, I found a kitten in the middle of the road. I knew something wasn't right. I rushed him to Noah's Animal Hospital who stabilized him & had me transfer him to Beacon Emergency Clinic. He was severely dehydrated, full of fleas & had a low body temperature. He is responding to treatment but he's not out of the woods yet. His bill at Noah's was $383 & my estimate for his first 24 hours at Beacon is $2300-$4750. I only had 2 choices. Treat him or euthanize. My gut told me he had a fighting chance despite his condition. The fact that he's responding to treatment is proof positive he wants to live.

Your help is greatly appreciated. The gals at Beacon named him Oliver. He's 3-4 weeks old and a little cutie.
