Juan Diaz earned his angel wings 7/12/2018, a day after his birthday. He was an incredible individual who shaped many lives. He is deeply loved by those who knew him. He was a warrior and fought through many medical complications and surgeries, but God knew that he was suffering and lifted him to rest. 


While we find ourselves grieving for the loss of our beautiful angel, we believe that he is in a better place. A place where he is no longer suffering.


As our family plans the arrangements for Juan’s funeral, any donation would be greatly appreciated as proceeds raised will go directly toward Juan’s funeral cost.
