FIGHTING FOR MARY

Back in October my dear sister Mary had gone to Froedtert ER in the wee hours of the morning with considerable back pain.After a variety of tests including a CT scan (without contrast),it was confirmed she had numerous kidney stones on both sides. She was treated ,discharged,and instructed to follow up with her urologist. The following morning,her son-in-law,who is her primary care physician ,reviewed the CT scan. He called Mary asking her if the discharging doctor in the ER mentioned anything to her about the "haziness" around the tail of her pancreas. My sisters response was a worried "no"! Becoming immediately concerned another CT scan was ordered by her doctor.This time with contrast. The results of the scan indicated that Mary had a mass on the tail of her pancreas with numerous lesions on her liver. Stunned and shocked my sweet sister Mary's world has changed forever. Our families devastated and in disbelief!  I can't help but ask "Why Lord"?

Mary continues to receive aggressive treatment to battle this incedious disease! As the deductables and unanticipated expenses continue to rise,I ask for your prayers,love,and support as my sweet sister fights for her life, Thank You for keeping HER and the ETZEL FAMILY in your hearts!
