Help me afford HRT!

Hi! My name's Hugh, and I've been dealing with gender dysphoria for roughly a decade.
As you may or may not be aware, it is exceedingly difficult to get HRT on the NHS in London: the backlog is so long that they are currently only just now seeing people who were put on the waiting list in September 2017. And look, I understand -- it's a pain to be asked to donate to another beg. I get it. But lads, all I want is enough money to see the various doctors you need to see to receive HRT -- money for prescriptions unneeded -- and I'd super appreciate it if you could help me get on T. Essentially what I want is enough money to be able to pay for private diagnosis, mandatory counselling, etc.
At £300, I'll be able to afford to see a private practitioner for the first time. I'm anticipating about three sessions (plus another £100 for a bit of leeway), hence the goal. It's a bit steep, but I'm hopeful that we'll be able to reach it together.
