My name is Germany Flanagan, and I’m reaching out with the heaviest heart a mother can carry. I am devastated to share that my precious daughter tragically passed away while under the care of St. Elizabeth Hospital. I trusted them with her life — and they failed her. Now, I’m left with heartbreak, unanswered questions, and a desperate need for justice.

No parent should ever have to bury their child, and certainly not under these circumstances. I am raising money to cover my daughter’s funeral costs and to get the legal support I need to hold the hospital accountable. We deserve answers. We deserve the truth. And most of all, my baby deserves justice.
