Warrior Ashlyn

Ashlyn is a nine year old girl from Grandville, Michigan. Her and her parents Jason and Ronda Rogers just got told the news today January 30th that she has cancer. She has been having pain in her arm since last June which we thought maybe was a torn muscle from cheer or gymnastics. Then, she started having trouble breathing and for nearly a month she was on antibiotics for what we thought was pneumonia. Tuesday, January 29th Ashlyn got X-rays to check on how her pneumonia was doing, and the DR stated she needed to see a lung specialist. Later that day they called her mom back and stated she need to be admitted to Helen DeVos right away. When later that night found out the news that she has a tumor pushing on her stomach and it has also transferred other places. We don’t know what kind yet or stage.

Ashlyn LOVES cats, donuts, crafts and her family. She is a wonderful young girl who is in many sports, has many friends, and is always smiling. At this time I am creating this page to notify everyone of Ashlyns condition, plus to ask anyone out there to help out my family.
