Wednesday June 7, 2023, our family received the Worst News any Parent or Family could ever receive. Our 17 year old son, Steven, was shot in the back & in the back of his leg by the Denver Police. It has been confirmed that Steven was indeed shot TWICE & that Denver Police shot FIRST (1ST). By the Grace & Mercy of God he survived.However, the fight for his life has just begun. Due to the nature of this case we have no choice but to obtain legal counsel for Steven in order to PREVENT the legal system from chewing him up & spitting him out as another statistic. Steven is the Star Basketball player at his school who truly has his Entire Life in front of him. Just to get the ball rolling will cost us $15,000...We truly need the Generosity from our community, Friends, & Family to raise money to Save Our Son from Another Systemic Injustice! Without Good Legal counsel our Beloved son, Steven will become another child lost to this vile system
