Raising funds for a home

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBOdih4rgVQ Early November of last year I was hit by a car walking home from work and picking my son up from school. Link is attached to the video of the incident. My whole world has been slowly crumbling apart. I lost my job and went into a severe depression. I was somehow able to stay afloat with my savings and by help from my wife that was able to cover my half of the expenses of the house. That was until the pandemic started and her hours were brought down to one day. We were renting a room in a 3 bedroom apartment and the person renting out to us was understanding about the late payments. Just as things were getting bad they took a turn for the worst April 2nd. My wife was brutally attacked by another tenant in the complex and we were forced to move to another property owned by the same person that we were renting from. He said he was going to help us out and that he wasn't gonna let us end up in the street. He had us there for about a week before he asked us to empty the apartment for one night because there was going to be an inspection by the city. Sounded sketchy but we did it anyway. He called us the day that we were supposed to go back and told us that the inspector wasn't able to make it that day and that he'd need 2 more days. Sounded sketchier still but ok. Come Friday he texts us that he is no longer renting out the room and that if we want to live in that apartment we'd have to speak to the owner of the complex and put together a whole new lease with him. We spoke to the owner and he said that we would have to pay $6,000 just to move in to the apartment 3k rent and 3k deposit. We didn't have that kind of money and we probably won't any time soon so we've been bouncing around from airbnb to airbnb. My savings are gone my stimulus check is gone all because its so expensive to be paying airbnb. We are running out of time the airbnb that we rented is only paid through the 8th of May and after that we will be left on the street. My son is only 7 years old and he is already so tired of the bouncing around and lack of stability in his life. It's getting so hard to juggle the 7 hours of homeschooling and trying to figure out where we are going to lay our heads down for the night. As I am with my back still being messed up from the car accident I'm not much use in a work environment. And my wife is having a hard time finding a second job to make ends meet. We are hoping to raise enough money to rent out a studio apartment and put all of the horrible things that have happened to us in the last six months and hopefully start a new chapter in our lives. With your help we can get there I ask that you donate just $1. That will get us $1 closer to our new home and hopefully a better brighter future in the middle of all this madness. Bless you all and stay safe
