<Details for Joe's service are at the bottom of the page>
Dear Friends and Family,
We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved Joe Richard Esparza left us on the evening of December 30th, 2015.
Amongst us, he was called many things: uncle, cousin, brother, father, son, and friend.

While his various health issues grounded him in the realities of his humanity in the last stages of life, it was not representative of the man we knew in his lifetime. Joe lived with intense passion, and longed to experience life without limitations. In that spirit, he experienced the gamut of life. Joe was not a follower, rather he was fiercely independent and determined to live life on his own terms. However, he didn't forget about others. You could always count on him if you were ever in a bind, the kind of man that would drop everything he was doing and come to your side--probably because he knew very personally what it felt like to be in a tough place or crossroads in life. More importantly, he knew what it was like to overcome struggle; that it was not about how life knocked you down, but how you got up and moved forward.

Family and friends were everything to Joe and we ask that we come together in this time of grief to the aid of Joe's family. Please consider offering financial support. With your generous donations, we will be able to help cover the costs of the memorial services. Anything that is over will be given to Joe's children.

Thank you for your ongoing support of Joe and his family. Please bookmark this page to stay updated on the details of Joe's service.
