My name Adelene and I am making this fundraiser for my friend Amir in Gaza.

Dear friends,
Amir al Shorpasy is just 21. But in Gaza, 21 is not young — it’s a miracle.
Every breath he takes is defiance. Every sunrise he sees is survival.
While youth across the world plan careers, parties, and futures, Amir counts the drones overhead. He doesn’t dream of tomorrow — he fights to reach it. In a world where safety is a given, his reality is the hum of destruction, the smoke of yesterday’s bombing, the silence after someone you love is gone.
He has seen classmates buried before they ever grew up.
He’s watched children dig through rubble, hoping for a toy — or a sibling.
He’s walked streets where laughter used to live, now erased by ash and agony.
But Amir does not stop walking.
He refuses to surrender his humanity to the war around him.
By candlelight, he writes poetry about freedom.
He smiles at his little sister, hiding his pain to protect her innocence.
He doesn’t dream for himself — he dreams for Gaza.
He is not a statistic.
Not a casualty waiting to happen.
He is a son, a brother, a poet, a survivor.
He is the voice of a generation born in chaos, yet still reaching for peace.
Amir al Shorpasy is 21. And he is still here.
Still breathing.
Still hoping.
Still demanding the world see him — and not look away.
If you hear his story, do not stay silent.
Because silence is complicity.
And Amir deserves more than our sorrow — he deserves our action.

The funds will go directly toward:
• Emergency Food and Clean Water: Ensuring families like Amir’s have daily essentials to survive amidst supply blockades and shortages.
• Medical Aid and Trauma Care: Providing life-saving treatments, medicine, and psychological support for those wounded or emotionally scarred by war.
• Safe Shelter and Reconstruction: Rebuilding homes destroyed by bombings, giving displaced families a safe place to sleep and begin again.
• Educational and Creative Resources: Supplying books, notebooks, and even candles for students like Amir — so they can write, learn, and dream even in the dark.
Every dollar is a lifeline. Every donation is a statement:
That Amir’s life matters. That Gaza’s youth deserve more than survival — they deserve a future.
Thanks
