Michele has suffered a fractured skull and severe brain injury as a result of an accident last weekend.

Michele is in hospital currently where the extent of her injuries is being determined. Michele is facing months of rehabilitation and has a long road of recovery ahead of her.

For those who don’t know Michele personally who may be reading this...she’s an amazing woman...obviously beautiful on the outside and everyone who knows her knows how beautiful she is on the inside as well. She’s 30 years old and works hard between two part time hospital jobs. She’s a homeowner with a mortgage and bills to pay and will be left with no income. Her devoted boyfriend wants to be with her in hospital as much as possible making it difficult for him to work full time hours at his job. As her friends, the last thing we want is for him to be stressing on how they will get by when the focus needs to be on getting our beautiful girl better again. 

For those who don’t know me..my best friend is Michele’s older sister Danielle. I’ve been friends with both of them for over 15 years.  When my best friend told me what happened to her little sister, all I could think was....how can I help?? When Danielle finally told me to go ahead and start with some fundraising it became my mission to help make their lives a little bit easier during a time when things are extremely hard. 

Michele is a fighter and is already making progress in her recovery. If friends and family could please donate if they can to help lift at least the financial impact of this situation it would be greatly appreciated by the family.
