Amos and Tammy Washington House Fire
Donation protected
My name is Whitney, my Aunt Tammy and Uncle Amos Washington of Calhoun, GA home burned in a fire last night in Plantation Place in Calhoun, GA. around 6:00 p.m. with over $200,000 in estimated damages. My Uncle Amos was airlifted to Cobb at Wellstar to their burn center with severe burns. He is currently in critical condition with over 27% of his body burned. My Aunt is trying to get things sorted with insurance and such but as you know those things take time. They have a complete loss of their home and everything in it. In the meantime we are needing assistance with coming up with money for clothing, housing, and travel to and from Atlanta and back for her as he has a very long recovery. Also in order for her to be there with him she will have to take time from work without pay. If anyone is able to assist it is very well appreciated. Amos was a well loved employee of Lowes Distribution Center since their opening and my Aunt is a long time Employee of Shaw Industries. Even if it's just donating gas cards for her travels or clothing Thank you and God Bless.
