Help me access gender affirming care

Hi my name is Ellie and I am trying to raise funds to be able to access gender affirming care such as electrolysis for hair removal and bottom surgery.

I suffer from pretty heavy gender dysphoria and although coming out a couple years ago was the best thing I have ever done I find myself much more dysphoric about stuff on my body that cant be changed by hormone replacement therapy. I am desperate to take the next step in my transition however accessing these life changing services is prohibitively expensive.

I currently work full time and live in a share house with 3 other people however with the cost of living and ADHD hindering my ability to work towards long term goals I very rarely get any money saved for accessing surgery. Even with withdrawing my super for the services it would take at least 8 years to save the funds required.

Any time I think about how far away I am from being able to access things like bottom surgery I completely breakdown and it feels like the rest of my life is on hold until I can get this surgery. I would just love the opportunity to finally be my most authentic self and get on with my life and experience my 20s instead of staying home doing nothing with the dread of saving for surgery looming over me.

Further your donations will also help me make sure I fall into the BMI requirements for bottom surgery as for every $100 that is donated I will be running a kilometer and will be documenting it for anyone who wants to see my progress.
