Help us help Winnie!

Winnie was found laying under a bush and was brought in by Animal Control. Assuming she was hit by a car. Her arm is broken in a couple places and we need help paying for her surgery.

With covid, we haven't been able to have many fund raisers and our coffers are running low, but we couldn't let her suffer. Any help would be appreciated.
