Run Forest Run

Hi there, the cover photo is Forest our son, he is a treasure and the most polite beautiful boy you could hope to meet. He has a rare condition called Pulmonary Vein Stenosis, its a thickening of the veins that carry oxygen back to the heart from the lungs. There are four veins and unfortunately three of them had failed and shriveled up by the time he was diagnosed. His last vein was operated on and they put a patch where the stenosis was cut away. It was the first time we saw real color in our child for a long time and he could now breath properly and was running around not long out of hospital like never before. It was a couple of months we took out to get him back on his feet, it was very difficult , expensive and has taken a toll on our family, like good Aussie battlers we got home and went back to the grind to recover financially, but unfortunately Forest has not long been out of hospital and the stenosis is coming back with a vengeance and we are heading from Cairns back to Brisbane to the Children's Hospital to see what can be done for him. Please pray for Forest, he is truly a precious little boy. We are truly grateful in your help to get this family the help we need and to get back on our feet again.
