From Frilford to Munich to Windsor: A life in Science and Music

Peter was the first footer in music in the Von Trap Family that is the Hingleys. Where Peter walked first musically, Martin, Andrew, Vicky and Helen followed.

Peter’s band Psychobossa debuted on streaming services in 2019 with their album Fear of Turning Green. Peter was recording a solo album in 2022 with younger brother Tom, taking his original Cubase recordings from his digital recorder and reconstituting them with new beats, instruments and programming with Denny Lloyd at local Windsor studio, Push Out Productions. The crew - Peter, Denny and Tom - only got to complete three of the eleven song collection before Peter passed away: Geronto Rock, Censoria and Urban Urbane

We are looking to raise £2000 in order to complete the other 8 songs, plus a song released by deceased brother Andrew. Half of the money is to complete the recordings, and the other thousand to pay towards the mastering, artwork, CD duplication, and aggregation of the album onto commercial streaming sites. Contributors will receive a copy of the album and invitation to a concert in London in 2024 to celebrate the music of Peter and Andrew.
