I have been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, just after losing my job.
This comes after already having accrued $5,000 in medical debt from getting an endoscopy and colonoscopy to diagnose stomach issues that ended up being several ulcers and diverticulitis.
To prepare for chemotherapy, I had seen a dentist and I need to have all of my teeth out and get dentures. This alone will cost around $12,000.
I'm looking into as many options as I can to lessen the cost, but many programs have a very long wait list and I shouldn't put off treatment any more than necessary to prevent the cancer from spreading further.
