You all know I love a good hike, I talk about it quite a lot!!

This year I have worked hard to build my strength back up after a bad flare up from my arthritis and hypermobility issues.

I now feel strong enough (kind of ) to take on a challenge and have chosen to hike the largest hill (!) in tbe UK -- Ben Nevis ...... gulp.

Some of you know Lee Brannan, a guy who i know through his brother Paul. Earlier this year Lee was diagnosed with MND, for my American friends ALS.

I am raising money for Lee and his family at this difficult time and although my target is £500 I secretly want to raise more
