Support for the Huang family

On January 7th, our beloved sister and brother-in-law Katy and Albert and their children Owen and Cara suffered an unimaginable loss when their home and all of their possessions were destroyed in the Pacific Palisades fire. This tragedy has shaken not only their family but also their entire community. The Huang family, as many of you know, are always at the front of the line to offer help when it is needed. They have worked so hard to build their beautiful home and are devastated by its loss.

As they face the long and difficult journey of recovery and rebuilding, they are presently faced with urgent needs. The financial impact of replacing everything that they lost is significant and will undoubtedly mount in the days, weeks and months ahead. The repeated trauma that they and so many others are experiencing is physically and emotionally exhausting.

While the path out of any tragedy is never instantly clear, the sheer magnitude of this catastrophic event complicates things even further. The processing of insurance claims for all of those affected is certain to take a substantial amount of time, yet the need for basic essentials like clothing and housing is immediate.
