Starting over after losing almost everything

The past three years have been really scary and hard for our family, everything that has happened has caused us to lose our home and have to start fresh. For those that know us you know that we put on brave faces and try our hardest to help out as many as we can, but now we are reaching out for help.
Three years ago our oldest son, steven, got diagnosed with a rare brain disorder called chiari malformation type one and a full length syrinx in his spine. Though this condition is incurable he has gone through 2 brain surgeries to save his life. Though he looks fine he has severe neurological deficits, PTSD, gag reflex, drop attacks, and kyphosis which may lead to a spinal fusion as a teenager. Due to the nature of his condition he often misses school for various appointments seeing 15 drs at sick kids hospital and some days he just is not well enough to attend. Our younger son, Liam, is currently being tested for asbergers as well as being severely speech delayed and having hearing issues we are now having to test his heart for a possible defect.
As a family we are holding on by a thread clinging to each other to hold each other up. Our boys are our inspiration watching them fight day in and day out pushing through anything life throws at them. This past summer in july we had to sell our family home due to the overwhelming debt from the time missed for steven and had to take stress leave from work as it has become too much to bear. For three months we have tried to find a place to live and now have a roof over our heads but we do not have the funds to buy the things that we need to restart.
We are reaching out to you for help, anything would be appreciated. The money raised will go to help cover travel costs for the boys to sick kids, buy winter clothing for them, groceries, everyday necessities for them and us to start over and help pay down the debt that was incurred from all of the time missed at work for medical appointments and supplies not covered. Winter is fast approaching which is very scary and the fact that we face another surgery next year is tough as well as a possible new diagnosis as well.
Any remaining funds that are not needed by our family will be donated to sick kids hospital for the chiari research fund.
