Mohammed and his family rejoice at the news of a ceasefire deal. He describes the situation as optimistic, but the people of Palestine have much to rebuild. Homes and jobs have been destroyed, and Mohammed does not have a way to make money. Palestine continues to need our support now more than ever, as the Zionist entity continues to martyr civilians after reaching the deal.
Food and water are still price gouged, and aid is still hard to come by in Gaza. Mohammed's sister spends her days looking for WiFi so that she can continue her online classes and education. Mohammed is helping his family as well as others get food and necessities. Mohammed's university has been destroyed, and he has lost his certificate - he worries he will not be able to return to his career in digital media.
Mohammed's family has lost their home and ways of making money. We want to ask for continued support as his family rebuilds - thank you for your kindness and help so far!
