Hi! I'm Diane Butler.
I have a primary progressive multiple sclerosis.It is a progressive disease of the nervous system.I can no longer walk or use my hands.I am confined to a wheelchair as there is no cure.Usually I spend 12 to 14 hours a day in the chair.My husband is my caregiver.He lifts me in and out of the chair and puts me to bed.We have not been able to cover the cost for additional assistance.
Physical therapists have evaluated me for a new wheelchair.Insurance will pay part but not all of the cost of the new chair.To begin the process of getting the new chair I need to pay a deposit.They require $7000.Once received it will take approximately a month to get it to me.
