On Friday, January 4,  Mark woke up with a headache and very high blood pressure.  Brock thankfully was with him and rushed him to the emergency room.  He had suffered a hemorrhagic stroke caused by an aneurysm in the brain.   He was flown to Advent (formerly Florida) Hospital Orlando where they performed surgery to repair the damaged blood vessel . He is in Neuro ICU and will remain there for three weeks, followed by two weeks in ICU Interim care at Advent Orlando. He has had some bad days and good days .  His neuro function is good and that's what we want.

Mark will not be able to work so we need some help to replace part of his earnings. There are unexpected costs with the donation to the Circle of Friends house (where Brock is staying on campus) of $280 a week for the anticipated three weeks that he will be in Neuro ICU and Interim Care ICU at Advent Hospital Orlando.  There are extra costs since we are not at home.  You are such special friends and your love for Mark and I is amazing and so appreciated.
