These children walk 2 hours each way from their Ofakoor, Ghana home to school. This is valuable time every child should have to play or study. With you and the help of the Jonathan Mensah Foundation we can provide transportation for these children, transforming their commute to just 15 minutes with the purchase of vans & buses. Jonathan is a professional soccer player for Ghana's National Team & the Columbus Crew SC (MLS). For nearly a decade, Jonathan's foundation has supported the Royal Seed Orphanage & School and others just like it across Ghana. When Jonathan arrives, the children greet him with a parade, music, singing and dancing. The way out for these orphans is the power of an education. With an efficient way to school, that is the next step - purchasing transportation. Any donation can help change the trajectory of one child's life. Let's do this, together!
All money raised with be directly given from the Jonathan Mensah Foundation to the Royal Seeds Orphanage to get them the resources they need, with transportation being at the top of the list. We continue to support the children with immediate needs such as food, housing supplies, etc while still working toward our greater goal - buses!
