Funding for "Leak" Short Film

Hey folks! My name's Hunter Whaley. I'm a sophomore at NYU Tisch School of the Arts about to mount my first major production. It will require careful planning, diligence, a dynamite crew, and of course, funding. The money I raise will be used towards equipment, transportation, food for the cast and crew, and other miscellaneous rentals and fees. This project is very dear to me, as it not only signifies the next step in my film education, but a chance to do what I love: making movies. To anyone who helps me take this huge step forward, I will be extremely grateful.  

The project, tentatively titled "Leak," is one I wrote myself while here at NYU. It concerns a hard-up hardware salesman named Huckster Gleet, who after being mistaken for a plumber is offered a lucrative job by a pair of desperate low-level mobsters. Up to his ears in debt and looking for a way out, Huckster takes the plumbing job. But of course, things don't go according to plan.
