The sudden death of my husband is devastating. There was absolutely no warning that he would have a stroke and a deep brain bleed. Richard Cohen was the most brilliant and gentle soul I have ever known. I feel so blessed that I got to be his wife. We had such a happy marriage...we loved each other more than anything.
In this tragic moment, I am left with a financial dilemma. Richard is the one who paid our rent. I can't get into his bank account until I have an actual death certificate. We have done the paperwork to get one, but it will take at least a few weeks to get it.
I feel so humbled asking for money...but I have no choice.
