Rent Recovery

So heres how this went down. A month ago i was unemployed and filed for unemployment benefits. Instead of being straight forward and quick, they took 3 weeks to make a decision and during that time i was at this time able to cover that months rent but since my Apartments changed payment providers, they were locked out of adding on the shared utilities. 

Now comes this month, i have just now started to get my benifits and now the rent is due with both last months and this months utilities tacked on and even with what i get in benifits, i cant cover both it and food and i run the risk of being late which will tack on an extra 100$ that i dont have. 

This is asking for just enough to make sure i can cover this months rent and not fall behind and still be able to have something to get food with until i can land a new job which will hopefully happen soon. Thank you for any support that you may be able to provide
