Hello everyone, My name is Daniel S. I'm the father to Dariela who is 6 months old and has suffered a lot of medical issues since she was born. She already has underwent multiple testing and we've been in and out of the hospital and doctors trying to figure out what is wrong with her, finally in her most recent visits they were able to determine what has been causing some of her issues. She now needs a kidney surgery to help with the Obstructive uropathy. Any help towards the surgery would greatly be appreciated. This is a very difficult time for my family not knowing what the outcome might be but we are hoping for the best and that the surgery is a success. Dariela bring so much joy and happiness to us.
