Hello dear friends, I wanted to take a moment to update you on my ongoing struggle with medical issues that have kept me out of work since May. Unfortunately, my condition severely limits my mobility, making it impossible for me to walk more than a quarter mile, drive, or stand for more than a couple of minutes without experiencing significant discomfort. After exhausting my 12 weeks of FMLA, I've been waiting for disability payments, but the process has been frustratingly slow due to persistent paperwork holdups. I have recently made some difficult decisions due to my inability to maintain independence while living at home, necessitating almost daily assistance from my mother. I extend sincere gratitude to everyone who has reached out, visited, and supported me in various capacities. Your kindness is deeply appreciated, and I look forward to reciprocating once I return to work in early February, regaining control over my life.
I love and miss you all greatly.
