Help me save my mom please!

Donations requested to fund the 'special care' travel and stay of my mom to America as a last resort attempt to save her life.

Five years ago, Maaike (my mother) suddenly began to deteriorate. It started with being a little dizzy all the time and having trouble with short term memory, but within a year she was bedridden, felt permanently drunk and couldn't keep the simplest thought together.

Doctors had no idea what was happening and kept telling us it was "probably something psychological", until we met a somewhat controversial doctor that was known to be somewhat experimental. We rolled a half-dead women into the clinic, and after 2 hours and a B12 treatment she came out on her own two legs, feeling like dancing.

We where overjoyed, kept treating with B12 and the initial peak would soon settle on a stable level. She couldn't be the busy women she was before, but she could walk, think, talk and be on her own again. She also picked up painting and could sell her art on Facebook. She basically became a disabled housewife.

Despite continued treatment, her condition did slowly become worse again over the 4 years after. We've seen every doctor on Curacao (where we live) and no one can do anything since there's STILL no definitive diagnosis of what's wrong with her. She's back to being stuck in a custom support chair all day and there's almost nothing she can do herself anymore. She has reached a point where her suffering outweighs her happiness by a lot, and she said that if this goes on she's going to end it all herself instead of going for the excruciatingly slow death her condition promises

Recently a friend of ours from America told us about a doctor that helped him when others couldn't. He explained mom's case and the doctor said he'd be willing to take in mom for a whole week and try everything he can to diagnose and heal her.

We just don't have the reserves to do so. Therefore my plea. Help me save my mother please!
