Hello my name is Kira Givens. Myself and my 9 year old brother Cornelius are the children of April Moore.

My mother suffered for years with a number of debilitating health challenges including her vision, heart, and kidneys. It breaks my heart to inform you that my mother transitioned to her final resting place 3/14/23 at the young age of only 44 years old. We are unexpectedly faced with making preparations and decisions that neither my brother nor I could ever imagine at our ages of 23 and 9. We are attempting to raise funds to cover the expenses for our mothers funeral. The loss of a mother leaves a void that words will never be able to explain. She was our everything, nearest and dearest to our heart. I’m hopeful that God places it on your heart to contribute. No amount is too small to help us lay her to rest with dignity and figure out next steps for my brother and I. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and support.
