Hi everyone as many of you know Kim and the Mozo family they have had been going through a lot the past year, loosing their eldest daughter Katye and now Kimmy all within a year. As you may or may not know both of these amazing girls suffered from an awful chronic illness known as APS, a disorder in which the immune system mistakenly attacks normal proteins in the blood, and had many long hospital stays in which they truly fought against this illness and for their life. Unfortunately, Kimmy’s body was too tired to continue fighting and we lost her to this illness in the early hours of Dec 25th. I am starting this go fund me to help raise funds to help raise money in hopes to help Kim’s family have less financial stress due to many expenses they have coming up. Due to insurance co pays, hospital stays, and the upcoming funerals costs. They have had a lot of expenses as it is, due to Kim’s health she does not stay in our local hospital she goes to Baystate Children’s, such as gas to get to see her, food, and on top of all of their household bills. It doesn’t matter if you can donate $5 or $50, every little bit helps. If you truly knew Kim you would know she was always trying to help people out in anyway she could she was a selfless soul, so let’s try and help her family out in the hard time that they are going through. The picture above shows how much of a fighter Kim really was, no matter the circumstances even if it was being in the hospital for weeks at a time, she was always smiling. Hola a todos, ya que muchos de ustedes saben que Kim y la familia Mozo han pasado por mucho el año pasado, perdiendo a su hija mayor Katye y ahora a Kimmy, todo dentro de un año. Como puedes o no saber, estas dos chicas increíbles sufrieron una terrible enfermedad crónica conocida como APS, un trastorno en el que el sistema inmunológico ataca por error a las proteínas normales de la sangre y tuvo muchas estadías prolongadas en el hospital en las que realmente lucharon contra esto. Enfermedad y para su vida. Desafortunadamente, el cuerpo de Kimmy estaba demasiado cansado para continuar luchando y la perdimos por esta enfermedad en las primeras horas del 25 de diciembre. Estoy empezando esta campaña para ayudar a recaudar fondos con la esperanza de ayudar a la familia de Kim a tener menos estrés financiero debido a los muchos gastos que están generando. Debido a los copagos del seguro, las estadías en el hospital y los costos de los funerales venideros. Han tenido muchos gastos, debido a que Kim no se queda en nuestro hospital local, por lo que se refiere a la salud de Kim, va a Baystate Children, como gasolina para verla, comida y además todas las facturas de su hogar. No importa si puedes donar $ 5 o $ 50, todo ayuda. Si realmente conocieras a Kim, sabrías que siempre estaba tratando de ayudar a la gente de todas formas, ella podía ser un alma desinteresada, así que intentemos ayudar a su familia en el difícil momento por el que atraviesan.
