Help Jacob with his medical bills.

Hi, my name is Katharina and I’m fundraising for Jacob Bartsch who needs help paying his medical bills. There is a big bill that needs to be paid at the nursing home. He has been there for five years, his lungs are slowly filling up with fluids and has trouble breathing.
