In August my dad was Diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) which is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow.
The day he was diagnosed he was admitted to Brigham and Women's and started chemotherapy right away. My dad is a fighter and has remained positive through this new reality.
I recently served as a stem cell donor for my dad and we are hopeful that everything will work out in the end.
I know that it is a lot to ask especially with the holidays around the corner but here I am asking for your support. No donation is too small and as you can imagine all of the medical bills are piling up. My dad has gone over four months without income and may not be able to return to work for the foreseeable future. If you are not able to help please spread the word.
